About the role
- Assembles and tracks customer orders and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Customer account management to include: Invoicing. Troubleshooting. Sales orders. Price books. Pre-pays. Inventory transfers.
- Interact with customers and sales team to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products, and services.
- Ability to compile and maintain various spreadsheets.
- Ensure all paperwork is in order and all loads are signed for.
- Perform administrative duties including computer work, answering phones and correspondence.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Computer skills including word processing, database and spreadsheet software.
- Agricultural knowledge and background preferred.
- Effective time management, planning and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license.
