About the role

  • Assembles and tracks customer orders and ensures customer satisfaction.
  • Customer account management to include: Invoicing. Troubleshooting. Sales orders. Price books. Pre-pays. Inventory transfers.
  • Interact with customers and sales team to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products, and services.
  • Ability to compile and maintain various spreadsheets.
  • Ensure all paperwork is in order and all loads are signed for.
  • Perform administrative duties including computer work, answering phones and correspondence.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Computer skills including word processing, database and spreadsheet software.
  • Agricultural knowledge and background preferred.
  • Effective time management, planning and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license.
