About the role
- Manage assigned staff and assist Loveland Product facility locations
- Establish operational objectives and work plans for regional areas
- Manage regional SHE&S team
- Ensure compliance with applicable local, state and federal regulations
- Provide leadership and technical expertise for environmental, health, and safety
- Regularly interact with Regional and Divisional management
- Implement strategic policies for obtaining results
- Establish and ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, and performance requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an SH&E related field
- 10+ years professional experience; minimum 5 years relevant SH&E experience
- CSP or capable of obtaining a CSP certification
- Strong verbal, written, analytical and persuasive skills
- Ability to influence, gain acceptance from others
- Must be self–motivated and disciplined
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Must be able to work outdoors in a wide range of temperatures and weather conditions
- Must possess a US driver’s license
- Able to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%
