About the role
- Work with providers and distribution centres to ensure batch control is being followed
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to investigate / resolve issues whilst ensuring quality control
- Ensure agreed inventory management principles are followed
- Oversee ad-hoc requirements and rework as necessary
- Assist with compliance of dangerous goods for storage and transport
- Managing customer questions and queries
- Generate and analyse regular weekly reporting and regular stocktake counts
- Manage incoming and outgoing stock, returns and deliveries as needed
- Support the Supply Chain strategy and look for opportunities to strive for best practise
Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, distribution centre administration, or related roles
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of transport and warehouse operations
- SAP Experience is highly advantageous
- Understanding of Dangerous Goods classifications advantageous but not mandatory
