About the role
- Own the administration of BlackLine for account reconciliations, task management, and transaction matching modules
- Streamline and enhance processes by monitoring, identifying, and updating procedures and documentation
- Respond to ad hoc requests with speed and accuracy
- Prepare and manage internal and external audit requests
- Lead continuous improvement efforts, driving efficiency and innovation in system usage
- Support projects and special initiatives within the Central Finance team that shape the future of finance operations
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in accounting or finance (preferred)
- Business degree with a finance or accounting major
- Knowledge of BlackLine (asset)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative team player with flexibility, a positive attitude, and a client-focused approach.
