About the role

- Partner with Senior Manager, Category Management, Engineered & Electrical Equipment and stakeholders to develop/manage category strategies for the Instrumentation & Controls
- Responsible for partnering with sites to operationalize results and manage/direct a comprehensive change management strategy across the sites
- Drive frequent site engagement with Procurement managers to collect business requirements for sub-categories, site-specific risks and opportunities
- Coach Category Analysts to develop category/spend analytics and market insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or similar discipline
- 8+ years relevant experience in category management, strategic sourcing, supply chain management, project management, engineering, or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with Instrumentation, Controls & Automation category sourcing activities, including capital projects and turnarounds
- Analytical abilities and experience using quantitative insights to make decisions and influence stakeholders
