About the role
- Perform all work in a safe and controlled manner
- Use proper Personal Protection Equipment
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers and excavators
- Work as a productive team member
- Spend time on Standard Operating Procedures
- Conduct on-site inspections
- Work a 12-hour rotating shift
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) testing required
- Ability to wear necessary, company-provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Clean-shaven for safety reasons in certain departments
