About the role
- Servicing and growing the Nutrien insurance business with the support of partners
- Providing a high level of client service to enable effective relationship management
- Dealing with clients and stakeholders at Nutrien sites and facilitating insurance meetings to grow the existing insurance portfolio
- Managing client insurance accounts including processing renewals, claims management, policy document management and general client enquiries
- Offering additional products and services to clients as you manage the renewal process
- Achieving budgeted revenue for retention, and growth on existing and new business
- Driving growth through new business opportunities
Requirements
- A strong insurance sales background with a proven track record
- A strong insurance broking background with a minimum of 5 years broking experience would be an advantage
- Formal tertiary qualification in business, finance or a related discipline would be advantageous
- The ability to constantly look for opportunities with a readiness to get out and meet with your clients will ensure the growth of your portfolio
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills complemented by a driven, passionate and professional disposition
- Previous experience in building rapport with your client base and generating new leads
