About the role
- Provides comprehensive sales and administrative support to our Bourke branch
- Delivers exceptional customer service to our valued agricultural clients
- Manages a range of administrative tasks such as processing livestock sales
- Assists customers with pricing and product enquiries
- Processes counter sales
- Maintains and adheres to safety processes
- Coordinates the dispatch and unpacking of orders and deliveries
Requirements
- Experience in a team support position within a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- A current forklift ticket (ideal, but training will be provided for the right candidate)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
