About the role
- Provide administration and customer service support to the branch team
- Process sales, invoices, orders, and customer enquiries accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate stock records, receipting, transfers, and adjustments
- Support inventory counts, stock reconciliations, and supplier documentation
- Assist the Branch Manager and team with day-to-day branch operations
Requirements
- Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience or interest in stock control, inventory management, and logistics
- Confident communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- A “nothing is too much trouble” attitude with a willingness to learn
