About the role
- Ensure prompt and accurate processing of customer bulk granular and liquid fertiliser orders.
- Handle customer bookings requests and product enquiries.
- Initiate follow-up action required to complete Customer’s requests/enquiries.
- Resolve issues for the release of incomplete orders and fielding a range of customer calls and account queries.
- Liaise with internal stakeholder and ensure accounts are balanced.
- Contract Entry, Amendment Processing and Contract Cancellations all processed in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
- Have a proven background providing excellent customer service and problem solving.
- Be a self-motivated person capable of nurturing and sustaining strong customer relationships with the ability to follow through and get the job done.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- High level of PC literacy, MS Office, and data entry.
- Experience with ERM Software SAGE and or SAP (Highly desirable).
