About the role

  • Ensure prompt and accurate processing of customer bulk granular and liquid fertiliser orders.
  • Handle customer bookings requests and product enquiries.
  • Initiate follow-up action required to complete Customer’s requests/enquiries.
  • Resolve issues for the release of incomplete orders and fielding a range of customer calls and account queries.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholder and ensure accounts are balanced.
  • Contract Entry, Amendment Processing and Contract Cancellations all processed in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

  • Have a proven background providing excellent customer service and problem solving.
  • Be a self-motivated person capable of nurturing and sustaining strong customer relationships with the ability to follow through and get the job done.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • High level of PC literacy, MS Office, and data entry.
  • Experience with ERM Software SAGE and or SAP (Highly desirable).
