About the role
- Manage delivery drivers and warehouse team
- Order and maintain inventory
- Assist in hiring and supervising staff
- Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and repairs
- Ensure SH&E compliance
- Handle and deliver bulk and packaged chemicals and seed
- Operate small mobile equipment
- Report safety concerns
- Assemble customer orders
- Plan and develop policy and procedures
Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership experience in agriculture or a combination of education and work experience
- College degree preferred
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
- Clean driving record
- Willingness to travel
