Ensure completion of transactional intercompany activities within the team
Monitor intercompany approvals and recurring charges
Generate and review transaction processing error reports, including ERP issues
Post manual entries at month end and input receivables/payables for netting and repayment activities
Validate payment proposal and track unpaid balances
Review and approve journal entries for intercompany transactions between legal entities
Review consolidated intercompany balance sheet reconciliation
Support dispute resolution with the business
Collaborate in creation of standard operating procedures
Review and advise on terms of intercompany agreements
Analyze and monitor intercompany foreign currency exposures
Identify opportunities to improve intercompany processes
Participate in projects as required
Perform monthly account reconciliations

Requirements

Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA)
minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
ability to embrace change and have a “process improvement” mindset
excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
demonstrated time management skills to meet deadlines
flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
ability to work in a collaborative team environment
knowledge of IFRS
knowledge of Oracle, SAP ECC, SAP S4, BPC and PeopleSoft are an asset
advanced level Excel skills
