About the role
- Opening correspondence, answering phone calls and acting as the office’s primary point of contact.
- Overseeing the office budget, including processing invoices.
- Scheduling maintenance visits and ordering furniture and equipment necessary.
- Completing administrative tasks, making tickets, invoicing, freight, filing paperwork and updating employee records.
- Exceptional organizational ability and multitasking skills.
- Flexible enough to adapt to changing office needs and to-do-lists.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional presentations, reports, phone calls, and emails.
- Willingness to collaborate with other employees and vendors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years related experience.
- Ability to move 25 – 30 pounds.
- Computer literate – Microsoft Office.
