About the role
- Service-oriented, timely solutions to user requirements
- Creation of user profiles and objects in the Artikelstar editorial system
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for objects
- Technical consulting and assistance for our users
- Handling daily inquiries by phone and e-mail
- Training users
- Ensuring correct publication and maintenance of all content on NUSSBAUM.de – from profile management to event entry
Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365
- IT affinity
- Teamwork, reliability, flexibility
- Service-oriented, structured and independent way of working
- Strong social skills and communication ability
