- Collaborate with Finance to ensure hours worked are accurately captured for our weekly payroll.
- Protect unit sustainability by aligning scheduling decisions with our established business model.
Requirements
- 2–5 years in healthcare staffing, hospitality, or high-volume logistics.
- A "Hustler" mindset with the ability to solve complex puzzles in real-time.
- Exceptional empathy and the ability to influence others positively.
- Tech-savvy with experience in platforms like Breezy, Slack, and payroll integrations.
