Account Manager

• Own the full sales cycle across the territory—prospecting, building pipeline, and closing new facility partnerships from first outreach to signed agreement.
• Lead reengagement campaigns highlighting the new features that support their ability to positively impact continuity of care.
• Maintain and strengthen Nursa's existing facility relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring consistent, reliable engagement that keeps volume steady.
• Expand within established group relationships by introducing Nursa to sister facilities and additional locations under the same ownership.
• Partner with the Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to best support our current customers and others
