About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the full sales cycle across the territory—prospecting, building pipeline, and closing new facility partnerships from first outreach to signed agreement.
- Lead reengagement campaigns highlighting the new features that support their ability to positively impact continuity of care.
- Maintain and strengthen Nursa's existing facility relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring consistent, reliable engagement that keeps volume steady.
- Expand within established group relationships by introducing Nursa to sister facilities and additional locations under the same ownership.
- Partner with the Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to best support our current customers and others
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of full-cycle sales or account management experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience managing and growing existing client or partner relationships, ideally in a role that blended new business with account retention.
- Ability to maintain a regular, in-person presence across California, including travel to facilities.
- Clear communicator and relationship builder who can work cross-functionally—including with Finance, Product, and Marketing—to resolve issues and keep accounts healthy.
- Background in healthcare, staffing, or marketplace/SaaS, or experience selling into skilled nursing, assisted living, or memory care facilities.
