About the role
- Own end-to-end launch planning and execution for Numeral’s sales tax payments product
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure product, operational, and customer readiness
- Lead complex, multi-team programs with clear ownership, timelines, and dependencies
- Identify operational, product, and customer experience gaps in the sales tax payment lifecycle
- Break down complex, ambiguous problems into actionable workstreams
Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing or launching a payments product
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or Product Manager
- Experience working closely with engineering teams
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to scale programs and processes as the product and customer base grow
