About the role

  • Own operational delivery and service quality across the Prime client lifecycle by establishing procedures and work plans
  • Lead and direct Prime client implementations, onboarding, training, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Coach, develop, and performance-manage a multidisciplinary team of professionals and subordinate managers
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex client matters, using judgment to resolve issues and define appropriate courses of action
  • Attend direct client meetings, including operational reviews and solution discussions, to provide expert guidance and leadership
  • Partner with Product and Development teams to define and document operational and client-driven requirements for future enhancements
  • Drive continuous improvement across processes, tools, and delivery models to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage costs and resources related to the department to ensure alignment with broader business objectives
  • Contribute to international product initiatives and cross-region collaboration to align global delivery standards
  • Translate business segment strategy into functional plans and guide the team in execution

Requirements

  • Experience in the insurance industry, specifically within insurance repair, restoration, or claims-driven environments
  • Proven track record leading operational teams in a SaaS, technology, or platform-based business
  • Demonstrated background in managing implementation, onboarding, training, and support functions
  • Strong ability to engage directly with senior stakeholders and clients to influence methods and techniques
  • Technical aptitude to learn complex software platforms quickly, including Prime Ecosystem
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Development teams to resolve problems and define requirements
  • Significant professional experience in a related field, typically requiring a university degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated success in coaching and developing professional-level employees
  • Experience managing teams across multiple time zones or within an international corporate structure
