About the role
- Supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department.
- Serves as a trusted resource for teammates and leaders.
- Supports benefits administration, teammate engagement and development, recruitment, attendance and time management, production bonus administration, and teammate relations.
- Monitors time and attendance, ensuring accuracy across locations.
- Processes new hire benefit paperwork, open enrollment, and communicates benefits to new teammates.
- Oversees production bonus file and resolves discrepancies.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or two years of equivalent work experience in a Human Resources or related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and demonstrate flexibility.
- Experience with Excel-based reporting or data tracking tools.
- Prior experience coordinating HR compliance processes such as attendance tracking or policy documentation.
- Familiarity with time and attendance systems.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
