About the role
- Perform administrative support across multiple essential functions within the Division
- Support daily operations in areas such as Human Resources, event coordination, and front desk responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or state equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience coordinating events, meetings, or company functions
- Prior payroll or recruiting experience (preferred)
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or multi-department environment (preferred)
- Experience managing confidential employee records (preferred)
