About the role
- Support accounting operations by managing day-to-day accounts payable activities and collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
- Maintain all facets of the accounts payable system.
- Review and process vendor invoices.
- Ensure timely and accurate payments are made to vendors.
- Work with vendors, requisitioners, and purchasers to resolve payment issues.
- Assist Accountants with month-end close responsibilities.
- Cross-train with Accounting Department teammates to provide coverage and support.
- Perform other clerical or administrative functions related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting, and Human Resources as needed.
Requirements
- Computer skills – Experience using Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite.
