About the role

  • Support accounting operations by managing day-to-day accounts payable activities and collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
  • Maintain all facets of the accounts payable system.
  • Review and process vendor invoices.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payments are made to vendors.
  • Work with vendors, requisitioners, and purchasers to resolve payment issues.
  • Assist Accountants with month-end close responsibilities.
  • Cross-train with Accounting Department teammates to provide coverage and support.
  • Perform other clerical or administrative functions related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting, and Human Resources as needed.

Requirements

  • Computer skills – Experience using Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite.
