About the role
- Lead by example in embedding Nucor’s cultural values across the division
- Lead day-to-day operations of the pre-paint line while shaping mid- and long-term operating strategy
- Partner closely with commercial, technical services, and product management
- Drive consistent, first-time quality through disciplined process control
- Own operational KPIs, including yield, uptime, cost, and productivity
- Apply operations acumen and leadership to evaluate complex operational challenges
Requirements
- Previous steel or industrial manufacturing experience
- Minimum 5 years supervisory, management, or leadership experience
- An understanding of pre-paint / coil coating operations (preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree or similar technical degree (preferred)
