About the role
- The role of the Credit Analyst includes but is not limited to all collection efforts.
- Protecting lien rights and processing lien waivers.
- Evaluating credit worthiness of customers.
- Providing customer service and mutual satisfaction will require a high level of interaction with external customers and their affiliates along with internal customers (Commercial team, Sales Service teams, and other departments).
- Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must have a high school diploma, GED, or local/state equivalent.
- Two to three years of prior experience in accounts receivable, billing or equivalent work history.
- Associate degree or higher in business related field (preferred).
- 3+ years’ experience in construction-related credit administration (preferred).
- Strong computer skills (preferred).
