About the role

  • Working within the production control team to print and organize travelers, daily/weekly production schedules, along with all other document/e-documents needed for daily/weekly production schedule, before and after production.
  • Auditing daily D365 production for errors and monitoring production reporting.
  • Assist in inventory tracking and management.
  • Support in D365 issues and improvements.
  • Monitor and report percentage of scrap in each department.
  • Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working within a production or manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating production schedules and managing documents for daily/weekly production, with a focus on timeliness and accuracy
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Production scheduling or planning experience
  • Experience with D365 ERP system
