About the role
- Developing relationships with production, outside sales, technical, and shipping teams, as well as external customers.
- Understanding and articulating Nucor Fasteners division strategy.
- Leading all commercial-related functions, including managing and developing the Inside Sales team.
- Managing product mix, pricing, and profitability.
- Some travel to support customers.
- Demonstrating a strong desire for professional growth, with an aspiration to advance into a Department Manager role within 2 to 4 years.
- Initiating, leading, and upholding safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technical, or related field OR 5 years experience in a Sales Leadership role.
- Previous customer service or sales experience
- Previous leadership experience
- Willing to relocate for future leadership opportunities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, D365)
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
