About the role
- Overseeing the safety, operations, and maintenance of all plant systems
- Ensuring production targets are met and contributing to the continuous improvement of plant performance
- Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the ASU
- Supervise, train, and mentor plant operators and other staff
- Support in the execution of plant projects, including upgrades, equipment installations, and process optimization
- Interprets engineering drawings, such as HMB, PID’s and PFD’s that relate to the air separation process
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Technical degree is preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in an operations, technical, or management role within a continuous process plant
- Industrial gas industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of safety regulations and operational best practices
- A general understanding of and experience with instrumentation, electrical, and control systems
