About the role

  • Work closely with our Product and Tech teams, collaborating with client business and technology stakeholders.
  • Build and manage strong client relationships and ensure smooth program execution.
  • Own end-to-end project delivery, driving predictable timelines and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop a good understanding of our product and technology at a high level to enable better planning and decision making.
  • Lead client-facing product and technology discussions, involving internal teams when needed.
  • Own project status communication and maintain stakeholder transparency.
  • Support backlog grooming, requirement clarity, and prioritization with the Product team.
  • Identify risks early and work proactively with teams to mitigate them.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly Working Committee and Steering Committee meetings with senior bank stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in Program / Project Management or Account Management roles involving direct client interaction and cross functional delivery.
  • Hands-on experience in mobile/web implementation projects , system integrations , and stakeholder communication.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable handling difficult conversations.
  • Structured, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to think strategically.
  • Confident in presenting to senior management and steering committee members.
  • A team player who takes accountability, learns fast, and genuinely enjoys solving complex problems.
