About the role
- Execute demand generation and sales development campaigns across: Email outreach and marketing email campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns and direct outreach, WhatsApp outreach where relevant and compliant
- Conduct basic account-based research on: Banks, fintechs, and enterprises we work with, Key personas (digital heads, product leaders, partnerships, innovation teams), Ongoing initiatives, priorities, and potential use cases
- Personalize outreach messaging based on research and context
- Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery conversations for the sales team
- Maintain accurate lead and activity tracking in CRM (status, notes, follow-ups)
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to refine outreach strategy and messaging
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales development, demand generation, or lead generation
- Hands-on experience with email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and structured follow-ups
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable researching enterprises and tailoring conversations accordingly
- Organized, process-driven, and disciplined with CRM hygiene
- Curious mindset and willingness to learn about banking, fintech, and ecosystem-based products
