About the role
- Manage large strategic accounts using customer management methodologies and CRM tools to strengthen relationships, anticipate needs and increase revenue.
- Build strong relationships with executives and decision-makers to expand the company’s presence within accounts and contribute to sustainable results.
- Work in a consultative manner to maximize clients’ use of the company’s products.
- Manage the full sales pipeline, ensuring interactions and funnel stages are recorded and tracked.
- Execute planned commercial activities for the assigned territory based on corporate guidelines, focusing on winning and maintaining clients’ share of wallet.
- Represent the company’s full portfolio of products and services by actively prospecting new opportunities and ensuring sustainable expansion.
- Develop and implement revenue growth plans, including cross-sell and upsell strategies, to increase product and service adoption among clients.
- Improve the NPS of assigned clients through responsive service and proactive problem resolution to drive loyalty and account retention.
- Identify and propose improvements to internal processes and client solutions in partnership with other company areas to enhance customer experience and the company’s competitiveness.
- Update and maintain account plans and account organization charts, documenting strategic information, service status and future action plans to support commercial and operational decisions.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Administration, Finance or Business.
- Experience managing large strategic B2B accounts, preferably within the banking sector and/or credit fintechs.
- Experience using customer management methodologies and CRM tools to track relationships, demands and commercial opportunities.
- Experience executing planned commercial actions by territory or portfolio with a focus on revenue expansion and share of wallet.
- Experience representing full product and service portfolios, including actively prospecting new business opportunities.
- Experience developing and implementing revenue growth strategies, including cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
- Experience managing the sales pipeline, with record-keeping, tracking and control of funnel stages.
- Experience in consultative relationships with executives and decision-makers, including engagement at strategic levels.
- Experience monitoring customer satisfaction indicators such as NPS, with a focus on client loyalty and retention.
- Experience building, updating and maintaining account plans, organization charts and strategic client documentation.
- Experience working collaboratively with internal teams to propose process and solution improvements aimed at the customer experience.
