Hotel Sourcing Agent

• Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key hotel partners to support business growth and strategic priorities.
• Serve as a central point of contact for all hotel partners throughout the contracting cycle, including enquiry handling, negotiations, issue resolution, and follow-up.
• Conduct regular communication with hotels to maintain alignment on product needs, availability updates, pricing changes, and promotional opportunities.
• Monitor partner engagement and address any concerns that may impact the company’s ability to meet commercial or operational goals.

Account Manager

• Act as the principal contact point for clients
• Manage group booking enquiries and drive event revenue
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, customer service teams
• Update CRM system and attend client events to build relationships
