About the role

  • Analyze, document, and resolve operational incidents (approximately 20% of working time), including escalation and coordination within the team.
  • Plan, assess impact, coordinate, and implement changes.
  • Ensure smooth platform operation and drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to automation and self-service solutions (e.g., DevOps tools, Python scripting).
  • Work closely with colleagues on task planning, shift schedules, and on-call rotations.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience operating and administering cloud and network architectures (e.g., data centers, enterprise environments).
  • Strong skills in automation and DevOps (e.g., Python, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code).
  • Analytical mindset, self-driven work style, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
  • Familiarity with common office and collaboration tools.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Customer connectivity experience: MPLS/Peering/IPsec connectivity; BGP policy control; cipher compliance; HA testing; VRF management.
  • Strong WAN BGP/MPLS background, IPsec VPN operations, and QoS understanding.
  • Relevant certifications: CCNP Service Provider, Fortinet NSE 4, ITIL Foundation.
