About the role
- Identify and source potential new customers in the IT outsourcing market mainly with Japanese speaking customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling strategies.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and the project team to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Lead the bidding process, negotiate contracts, and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Provide ongoing support to customers during project implementation.
- Manage and oversee contract execution and compliance.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of information technology and industry trends.
- Contribute to building a strong and dynamic sales team by mentoring and supporting team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in the IT outsourcing field, with roles such as Business Development Manager, Account Manager, or Sales Manager.
- N1/N2 or equivalent ability in Japanese communication (Japanese company experience is preferable).
- Proven track record of excellent customer service and sales achievements.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Master’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of IT products and services.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in computer systems and office software.
- Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales and commission targets.
