About the role
- Own and manage the end-to-end P&L for the Cloud and Security practice
- Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost optimization
- Monitor key financial KPIs (GM, OM, utilization, realization, backlog, revenue leakage)
- Provide financial insight to support strategic and operational decisions
- Lead annual budgeting, monthly and quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning
- Partner with practice leadership on growth plans, investments, and headcount planning
- Act as the finance lead for large deals, renewals, and transformations
- Support pricing strategy, deal structuring, margin analysis, and risk assessment
- Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS, internal controls, and audit requirements
- Identify and mitigate financial risks across delivery and commercial operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent preferred
- 15+ years of finance experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Technology in a Divisional CFO or Head of Finance role
- Strong experience in P&L management and business partnering
- Proven track record supporting large-scale deals and complex delivery models
- Experience with global delivery and multi-geo financial management
