About the role

  • Lead and deliver EIC Strategy
  • Develop and execute the Practice/Business EIC plan aligned with global objectives and best practices and tailored to local needs.
  • Lead EIC Practice/Business team across this area.
  • Advise and support leaders on strategic communication and engagement.
  • Oversee and optimize communication channels, supporting the transition to the global approach and global platforms and best practices and ensuring local language accessibility.
  • Manage resources, agencies, creative briefs and budgets as required.
  • Leadership engagement
  • Shape and deliver leadership communications that drive clarity, trust and alignment.
  • Coach and support leaders in effective communication practices.
  • Global program localization
  • Partner with global EIC central Center of Excellence to implement global initiatives, campaigns and content with appropriate Business/Practice tailoring.
  • Ensure consistency with global brand and culture narrative while addressing local and operational nuances.
  • Listening and insights
  • Support interpretation and communication of employee feedback (e.g., Engagement Surveys).
  • Align insights with engagement strategies and action planning.
  • Use metrics and insights to enhance communication and engagement efforts.
  • External communications alignment
  • Collaborate with Marketing, External Communiations, and local leaders to ensure alignment between internal and external messaging.
  • Crisis and issues management
  • Provide strategic communication support during crises or sensitive issues, ensuring timely and transparent messaging, working closely with Global Head IC on crisis communications where required.
  • Transformation and change enablement
  • Contribute to Business/Practice and People & Culture transformation efforts, including audits and implementation of new models and strategies.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement in communication practices.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership in EIC within complex, matrixed and international environment.
  • Deep expertise in communication strategy, transformation and employee engagement metrics.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with digital platforms, social media and data-driven communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, HR or related field; advanced certifications in coaching, change or behavioral science preferred.
