About the role
- Lead and deliver end-to-end change management and communications strategies across global Finance transformation initiatives.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders, regional leads, and deployment teams.
- Translate complex technical and finance concepts into clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
- Facilitate onsite alignment meetings, workshops, and readiness sessions.
- Coach and coordinate offshore analysts to execute communications deliverables.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in change management and organizational communications
- Proven success working onsite with senior stakeholders
- Experience with finance, technology, or analytics-driven programs (ERP, reporting, or digital transformation ideal)
- Familiarity with Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent change frameworks
- Comfortable mentoring and collaborating with distributed (onshore/offshore) teams.
