Requirements
- Proven professional experience leading a service team and/or a related function
- Demonstrated experience in customer engagement at the executive/senior level
- University degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- ITIL certification
- High willingness to travel
- Business-fluent German and English (spoken and written)
