About the role
- Define and execute a power strategy aligned with enterprise goals and sustainability targets.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of utility program managers and technical experts.
- Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of power projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including utilities, regulators, and strategic partners.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to power delivery, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
- Champion innovation in power systems, including renewable integration, smart grid technologies, and advanced analytics.
- Lead negotiations for utility power connection agreements and power purchase contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in the power and utilities sector, with a focus on mission-critical infrastructure.
- Expertise in substation design, power routing, permitting, and strategic sourcing.
- Proven ability to navigate global regulatory environments and drive compliance.
