About the role
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document requirements across various ServiceNow modules.
- Advocating for Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) capabilities to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Challenging proposed custom solutions when configuration can meet the same business need.
- Translating business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Working across different areas of the ServiceNow platform to ensure consistency and alignment with best practices.
- Supporting testing, training, and change management activities related to platform improvements.
- Building strong relationships with engineering, product, and operational teams to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow’s Out-of-the-Box capabilities across multiple modules.
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to critically assess technical proposals and guide stakeholders toward optimal platform usage.
- Comfortable navigating and contributing across different areas of the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in writing clear documentation, user stories, and process flows.
- ServiceNow Fundamentals or Business Analyst certification.
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, SAM, or other ServiceNow modules.
- Familiarity with configuration vs. customisation principles in enterprise platforms.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
