About the role
- Lead technical design and implementation across ServiceNow modules.
- Produce comprehensive High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
- Develop and maintain detailed build documentation aligned to delivery standards.
- Configure and customise ServiceNow solutions in line with best practices.
- Facilitate and lead client workshops and trainings (requirements gathering, solution design, playback sessions).
- Provide architectural guidance on integrations and cross-platform solutions.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
- Ensure governance, scalability, and maintainability of delivered solutions.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow solutions (5+ years preferred)
- Proven experience with: HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
- Experience designing and delivering integrations: Integration experience with SAP SuccessFactors (highly desirable)
- Alternatively, strong general integration experience (REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, APIs)
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
- Experience leading workshops and engaging senior business stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent documentation skills (design and build artefacts).
- Certifications (Mandatory / Highly Desirable)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – HRSD (preferred)
- CIS – SPM (preferred)
- Additional certifications (IntegrationHub, ITSM, or other modules) highly regarded
