About the role

  • Lead procurement activities to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and strong compliance
  • Manage a procurement team while also being hands-on in key/high-impact sourcing and negotiation cases
  • Own high-value/complex sourcing and negotiation cases, including strategic suppliers and escalations
  • Manage supplier relationships and resolve commercial/service issues
  • Drive savings, spend control, and procurement KPIs (cycle time, supplier performance, compliance rate)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Supply Chain (or related field); CPSM/CPM is a plus
  • Solid procurement experience in a large-scale environment (preferably multinational / technology services)
  • Experience in budget management, cost savings delivery, and leading procurement teams
