About the role

  • Legal review of public and private tenders in the field of information technology
  • Negotiation of national and international procurement, sales, outsourcing and project contracts
  • Preparation of legal opinions and decision papers
  • Support of business units in day-to-day legal matters
  • Out-of-court handling of legal disputes
  • Support in litigation and management of external counsel

Requirements

  • Fully qualified lawyer with a law degree and the German Second State Examination (2. Staatsexamen)
  • Native-level German
  • Business-fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Several years of legal professional experience, preferably in an international commercial enterprise (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of IT law and public procurement law (advantageous)
