About the role

  • Planning, installation and configuration of OmniPCX Enterprise (OXE) including high availability and virtualization; management via OmniVista 8770.
  • Planning, installation and configuration of Rainbow including high availability and virtualization; management via OmniVista 8770.
  • Implementation of contact center scenarios (OmniPCX/CCD), including skill-based routing, reporting and agent desktop; integrations (e.g., Genesys/RSI).
  • Hybrid/cloud integrations with Rainbow™ (WebRTC gateway, OXE↔Rainbow coupling, security/compliance).
  • SIP trunking & SBC interop (e.g., AudioCodes): numbering plans, LCR, emergency routing, testing & acceptance.
  • Troubleshooting, root-cause analyses, change/release management, documentation and knowledge transfer in accordance with SLAs.

Requirements

  • Several years of project experience (≥ 3 years) with ALE communication solutions, particularly OXE and OmniVista 8770; confident in OXE operation (SIP/IP/DECT).
  • Relevant ALE certifications (ACSE), ideally for OmniPCX Enterprise, OmniVista 8770, Open/OmniTouch and CCD; willingness to pursue ongoing recertification.
  • Solid knowledge of VoIP/SIP, SBC integration, networking (QoS, VLAN, firewall), and basic Linux/Windows administration.
  • Willingness to travel within Germany (business trips according to company policy).
  • Very good German and good English skills.
