About the role

  • Advise our clients on ALE communication solutions and develop solution concepts.
  • Conduct workshops and technical design for OmniPCX Enterprise (OXE) and OmniVista 8770.
  • Plan, install and configure OXE including high availability and virtualization.
  • Integrate contact center scenarios (CCD) and hybrid/cloud solutions with Rainbow™.
  • SIP trunking & SBC interoperability (e.g., AudioCodes), as well as technical project leadership and documentation.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience advising on and implementing ALE communication solutions (OXE, OmniVista 8770).
  • Relevant ALE certifications (ACSE) for OmniPCX Enterprise, OmniVista 8770, Open/OmniTouch and CCD.
  • Solid knowledge of VoIP/SIP, SBC integration, networking (QoS, VLAN, firewall), and Linux/Windows fundamentals.
  • Willingness to travel within Germany.
  • Very good German and good English skills.
