About the role
- Take full ownership of assigned accounts, focusing on building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Leverage Salesforce.com for account management and achieve revenue and margin targets
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions
- Act as the first point of contact for client issues and ensure exceptional service
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or a sales-related field
- Extensive experience managing large enterprise accounts in a global partner management or client manager role
- Proven success in a sales environment within IT or professional services
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce.com and other CRM tools
- Ability to work onsite with the client multiple days per week
