Requirements
Seasoned understanding of advanced data analysis techniques and ability to uncover strategic insights.
Seasoned understanding of the business's sales objectives, market dynamics, and industry trends.
Seasoned collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and senior management.
Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Seasoned understanding of data analysis tools: advanced Excel, advanced PowerBI, and at least one coding language (DAX, R, Python).
Seasoned understanding of SQL for managing and querying relational databases.
Knowledge of techniques for transforming and structuring data for analysis and ETL processes.
Advanced understanding of data security and privacy best practices.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Data Science or related field (relevant sales analytics certifications desirable).
Seasoned demonstrated experience in a sales or marketing function as a data analyst.
Seasoned demonstrated experience using PowerBI, statistical and quantitative analysis techniques, data visualizations, and creating/optimizing reports and dashboards.
