About the role

  • You develop holistic target architectures and transformation roadmaps for complex enterprise landscapes, enabling the digital transformation of industrial and service organizations
  • You derive concrete, implementable solution architectures that serve as a robust foundation for delivery teams, lead developers and Solution Architects
  • You work closely with business and IT stakeholders up to C‑level and establish NTT DATA as a strategic consulting partner. You mediate competing interests and create sound bases for decision-making
  • You define architecture visions, principles, blueprints and governance models across business, application, data and technology layers
  • You contribute your enterprise architecture expertise to pre-sales, complex tenders and proposal processes, shaping clients' decision spaces, storylines and investment logic at an early stage
  • You coach and coordinate architects in project and sales contexts and actively help expand our architecture community. In doing so, you actively shape the professional direction and maturity of our enterprise architecture practice
  • You monitor relevant technology and market trends in industrial and service environments and translate them into concrete value for our clients

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in IT or a comparable qualification and have experience in complex industrial or service organizations; you are familiar with complex stakeholder and decision-making structures
  • You have at least 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, ideally in IT consulting or within large, complex organizations
  • You approach architecture consistently from the business perspective and connect business models, processes and technologies into coherent target states
  • You make well-founded architecture decisions even under high uncertainty and can handle ambiguity with confidence
  • You have solid experience with enterprise architecture standards and methods such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, SAFe, COBIT, arc42 or comparable approaches
  • You possess deep expertise across multiple domains, e.g. Cloud & Hybrid IT, Application Modernization, DevOps, Security, platform or integration architectures, and a sound understanding of the use of AI technologies across the domains of enterprise architecture
  • You have experience with integration architectures in industrial and service environments, e.g. the interplay of ERP, production, service and IT/OT systems
  • You demonstrate strong consulting, communication and presentation skills in both German and English. As a trusted sparring partner, you operate confidently within complex organizational and governance structures
