Manage full-cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals for various departments
Become a trusted partner to hiring managers and People Team
Develop understanding of hiring needs through discussions and defining candidate profiles
Analyze recruitment data and trends to provide insights to hiring managers
Utilize multi-pronged sourcing approach to identify high-caliber candidates
Cultivate a robust pool of qualified candidates for future openings
Own the interview process: screen resumes, present qualified candidates, coordinate schedules
Guide top talent through the offer process
Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data
Work collaboratively with People Team to ensure new hires feel welcome
Establish a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and talent acquisition trends
Assist with onboarding processes and other People related projects

Requirements

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a mid-sized, corporate environment
Experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g., infrastructure, cloud, networking, systems administration, cybersecurity)
Tech-forward mindset with strong digital fluency and ability to effectively leverage AI tools
Proven experience leveraging HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, resume databases)
Ability to manage competing requisitions in a fast-paced environment
High level of comfort navigating multiple systems simultaneously
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Ability to communicate professionally, in English, both written and orally
Bonus points for Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field
