• Own sponsor-specific deliverables/components for client events
• Review current delivery practices and make recommendations for improvement
• Meet with internal and external customers to accurately determine needs
• Manage or participate in weekly sponsor and vendor calls
• Manage on-site sponsor needs and relationships

Events – Sponsorship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned speakers throughout the planning process and onsite experience
• Support speakers with session preparation, scheduling, deadlines, presentation collection, and logistics coordination
• Coordinate and track speaker deliverables including bios, headshots, presentations, agreements, and related materials
• Partner with internal teams including content, registration, housing, AV/production, and client leads to ensure a seamless speaker experience
• Maintain accurate speaker tracking documents and provide regular status updates on deliverables and outstanding items
• Develop and manage speaker communications, reminders, and deadline-driven outreach
• Assist with onsite speaker management including speaker ready rooms, session support, schedule changes, and escalations as needed
• Help create a polished, high-touch speaker experience from initial outreach through event execution
