Network Engineer

• Develop and maintain Nth Degree and Fern’s information systems network infrastructure
• Help build and support Azure environment, critical applications, and network communications
• Identifying and implementing technology solutions as related to strategic plan
• Report directly to the Director of Infrastructure
• Monitor software/firmware updates and service packs to ensure all systems stay up to date and secure
• Provide technical assistance and support to staff, outside vendors, and third-party consultants
• Daily use of network monitoring and vulnerability scanning tools
• Document and record all system/hardware changes

Network Administrator

Operations

• All administrative work as it pertains to the office (filing, ordering supplies, etc.)
• Process timecards, billing, invoices, material tracking and employment verifications.
• Onsite support at various tradeshows
• Ability to travel to other cities for onsite support (10-20% travel)
• Answer phones/emails and provide answers to customer inquiries
• Any other duties required
