About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned speakers throughout the planning process and onsite experience
Support speakers with session preparation, scheduling, deadlines, presentation collection, and logistics coordination
Coordinate and track speaker deliverables including bios, headshots, presentations, agreements, and related materials
Partner with internal teams including content, registration, housing, AV/production, and client leads to ensure a seamless speaker experience
Maintain accurate speaker tracking documents and provide regular status updates on deliverables and outstanding items
Develop and manage speaker communications, reminders, and deadline-driven outreach
Assist with onsite speaker management including speaker ready rooms, session support, schedule changes, and escalations as needed
Help create a polished, high-touch speaker experience from initial outreach through event execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience working with conference speakers, content teams, or event operations
Open to a 6–8-month contract
